Gabe GTM Engineer

I make the work clear first. Automating it comes second.

I sit between marketing, engineering and AI agents

I'm a GTM Engineer plotmaxxing somewhere between why it matters and how it works. I ran GTM behind multi-million-dollar infrastructure deals in web3. Fifteen years in marketing built a feel for what works. In the past 5 years I've been applying this taste as a GTM Engineer, and my work has become more AI plumbing.

This matters because the people who understand AI don't understand the business, and the people who understand the business don't understand AI. That combination of marketing and AI engineering is my job now. I see myself as a bridge between marketing, leadership and engineering teams. I bring marketing judgment, hands-on builder fluency, and one operating rule: make the work clear before automating it.

gabeonchain, this site's name, is from an earlier chapter of my career, when my public work centered on DeFi. Most of what I build now runs on AI & broke out of that niche. I talk about it in more detail in this video.
