PMM & Writer

  • 15 years in all things marketing built my taste & the habit of asking why anyone cares.
  • Ghostwriting for founders & brands taught me empathy & the judgment to know what to cut.
  • The last 6 years in Web3 taught me high agency & iterating in public.
A home-office parody: Gabriel settles into a hammock and swings a monitor rig into place.

Taste is my moat

Gabriel Abreu at his deskBased in Rio de Janeiro.

I've worked on positioning and spent years researching audiences and writing for others. More recently, I've applied that judgment to marketing engineering and AI systems. That taste shapes what I build and how I judge the output. I build the workflow with the people who will use it.

Writing

I ghostwrote for André Portilho, Head of Digital Assets at BTG Pactual.

Quick answers

What marketing work do you do?

I help teams explain their product and bring it to market through launches, social content, SEO/AEO and product education.

How do you approach a launch?

I start with who needs the product and what makes it useful to them. That shapes the message, creative and path to trying it.

How do you adapt content?

It depends on the channel. On X, voice and timing carry the post; for short videos, the opening frame has to earn attention.

What’s your SEO/AEO approach?

I build pages around the questions people ask before choosing a product, then track search visibility and enquiries.

How do you measure results?

The measure depends on what the campaign asks people to do. For Octant’s V2 campaign, that meant completed migrations.

How do you work with teams?

I bring the questions people ask on social and in the community into product discussions. For distribution, I work with partners to reach their audiences.
